يوم السبت 28 مارس 2023 كان يوما مشهودا في تاريخ المنطقه و اقليم الناظور ، يوم اجتمعت فيه قوى الحركة الأمازيغية الوطنية، من كل جهات المملكة المغربية ، كان لقاء و حفلا تأبينيا حاشدا حضرته شخصيات وطنية في الدفاع و الخطاب الأمازيغي العقلاني… الراحل الفذ بودهان محمد جمع كل الحركة الأمازيغية، كما كان قيد حياته… لم يكن القصد هو توديع الحبيب و الفقيد بل كان للتعاهد على الاستمرارية و اخذ مشروعه العقلاني الرصين في الهوية المغربية بجدية و إلى الأمام ، و دعوة صريحة للإلتفاف و تجميع الصف الأمازيغي حول مشروعه الفكري و الثقافي و الهوياتي بناء على منطق الأرض و ليس العرق…
